ABOUT THE POSITION

We’re a creative visual studio producing high-end CGI, animated and interactive content for brands across furniture, living, retail and home improvement sectors. Already one of the leading CGI studios in the world, we’ve experienced rapid growth as more and more brands learn to embrace CGI as a means to increase and enhance their content production.

We’re looking for a talented Key Account Manager who can act as a trusted advisor towards our clients primarily in Norway and Finland, advising marketing decision-makers on the incredible opportunities that CGI-based content can provide. Your most important tasks are to identify clients’ needs, and recommend brilliant solutions that drive audience engagement.

As an excellent communicator you find it easy to win over new clients and expand business with existing customers. Thanks to your knowledge of marketing, you quickly grasp our customers’ needs, and know how to translate them into effective solutions.

Besides a background in key account management, you bring a solid understanding of marketing, having worked for example with marketing communications, digital strategy or media production.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • You bring experience from a key account management role selling B2B solutions and can demonstrate results
  • You understand the fundamentals of marketing, appreciate how our clients think, and know how to address their pain points
  • You possess strong relationship-building skills at all levels
  • You have a structured approach to customer follow up
  • You’re skilled commercially and are good at closing deals
  • You’re ambitious and thrive working towards clear KPIs
  • You take responsibility for your own success and can work independently
  • You speak one or more Scandinavian languages and communicate well with both Danes and Norwegians
  • Above all you have a passion for winning. We’re looking for smart individuals who stand out from the crowd and get things done.

YOUR TASKS

  • Establish and develop strong relationships with clients at all levels of an organization
  • Understand customer’s needs and goals, and offer exceptional service
  • Set the strategic commercial objectives and action plans for your accounts
  • Discover new business opportunities by up-selling within existing accounts
  • Manage a consultative sales process, advising customers from a commercial and technical perspective
  • Share your knowledge via webinars, workshops, and compelling product demonstrations
  • Work closely with our project managers to oversee that projects are successfully implemented
  • Prepare contracts and quotes
