Business Development Representative
Are you structured, commercially curious and good at starting relevant B2B conversations?
We are looking for a Business Development Representative to help Cadesign form build and run a targeted outbound new business channel.
Cadesign form is a creative visual studio producing high-end CGI and AI, animated and interactive content for brands across furniture, living, industrial and home improvement sectors. Already one of the leading CGI studios in the world, we help product-driven brands create scalable, high-quality visual content across markets, channels and product categories.
As more brands look for better, faster and more flexible ways to produce visual content, CGI & AI is becoming an increasingly important part of modern content production. Many of the companies that could benefit from what we do are not necessarily actively searching for a CGI & AI partner. That is where this role comes in.
As our Business Development Representative, you will help us identify relevant companies, reach the right decision makers and start qualified conversations with brands that are a strong fit for Cadesign form.
You will be part of our Brand & Business Development team and work closely with Marketing to ensure that our outbound activities are aligned with our positioning, campaigns, cases and commercial priorities.
What you will be doing:
In this role, you will own the outbound top-of-funnel process. You will identify relevant companies, map decision makers, create outreach, manage follow-ups, qualify interest and hand over relevant conversations to the Business Development team.

Building focused company lists based on agreed target segments and ideal customer profiles.

Identifying relevant decision makers and influencers within target companies.

Researching companies to understand where CGI, AI, animation or interactive content could solve real business challenges.

Developing and testing outbound messaging for LinkedIn and email.

Executing targeted outbound campaigns and managing follow-ups.

Qualifying interest and booking meetings for the Business Development team.
- Keeping HubSpot updated with company data, activities, notes, lead status and next steps.
- Sharing learnings with Marketing and Business Development so we continuously improve our targeting and messaging.
You will not be responsible for pricing, project scoping, proposals, contracts or closing. Once a conversation is qualified, it will be handed over to the Business Development team.
What success looks like
Success in this role is not about sending as many messages as possible. It is about reaching the right companies in the right way, creating qualified conversations, keeping CRM data clean and helping us understand which markets, industries, roles and messages create the strongest commercial traction.

Be fluent in English. Danish is an advantage, but not a requirement.
It is a plus if you have experience with B2B outbound, business development, lead generation, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo or similar tools. Experience with marketing, content production, creative services, CGI, 3D, animation, e-commerce or product-driven brands is also relevant. But we do not expect you to know everything from day one. We expect you to be curious, structured and willing to learn.
