Head of interactive

We are a creative visual studio producing high-end CGI, animated and interactive content for brands across furniture, living, industrial and home improvement sectors. Already one of the leading CGI studios in the world, we’ve experienced rapid growth as more and more brands learn to embrace CGI to increase and enhance their content production and client interaction.
As our head of interactive you will have both a client facing role, but also an internal role in ensuring the interactive projects we provide to our clients’ present significant value while also being a viable business for us. You will be responsible for meeting the interactive department sales targets and setting the strategic direction.
In the daily operations internally, you will be supported by our interactive team lead, so your focus will be on driving the commercial and strategic part of our interactive business.
To be successful in this role, you should:
- Be strategic and visionary.
- Have an Innovative mindset.
- Have expertise in digital business development and interactive solutions.
- Be customer centric, understanding stakeholder management.
- Have at least 3 years of experience in designing and selling digital interactive solutions.
- Be fluent in Danish and English and it is a plus (but not crucial) if you can speak and write German.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:
Business Development
- Lead and identify interactive business opportunities.
- Create and manage interactive campaigns across business segments.
- Grow the Interactive sales.
- Facilitate Interactive sales support throughout the business.
- Facilitate client meetings, pitches, and workshops.
- Provide input and insights and together with CCO develop current and future interactive services.
- Co-operate with and activate entire commercial team towards selling interactive solutions
Financial
- Ensure the sales budget for the interactive business area is met.
- Together with team management ensure budgets align with pricing/quoting.
- Monitor performance and profitability.
- Reporting to management team.
Production
- Ensure project design and budget are aligned.
- Ensure project sold reflect the ways of working in our interactive department.
- Include key personnel in project scoping before sale.
Client Relations
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and requirements we solve with our interactive solutions.
Innovation and Market Awareness
- Stay on top of the latest developments in the digital and interactive field.
- Promote and implement innovative solutions that keep Cadesign Form at the front of the industry.
