Marketing Student Assistant
Are you passionate about marketing and communication? You could be the Marketing Student Assistant we're looking for.
In short, we’re a creative visual studio producing high-end CGI, animated, and interactive content for brands across the furniture, living, industrial, and building material sectors. Already one of the leading CGI studios in the world, we’ve experienced rapid growth as more and more brands embrace CGI to increase and enhance their content production.
As our new Marketing Student Assistant, you'll play an essential role in ensuring that everything runs smoothly in our marketing team, both by supporting your colleagues and by managing your own projects.
You’re most likely a bachelor's or master's degree student in fields such as marketing, communication, journalism, or something along those lines. There are many roads to this position, so feel free to apply if you think you’re a good fit. Most important is that you’re interested in communication and marketing, and you're a quick, enthusiastic learner.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:

Creating content and copy for social media posts

Writing copy, setting up, and sending out monthly newsletters (HubSpot)

Taking care of translations into Danish and German (with close help from colleagues if you’re not proficient in those languages)

Website maintenance (Built on HubSpot CMS)

Building and maintaining marketing automations (e.g., e-mail nurture flows)
-
And other ad hoc tasks that fall under the marketing umbrella.
To be successful in this role, you should:

Have a natural interest in marketing and communication,
-
Be structured and dependable,
-
Be motivated by working closely together with your colleagues in Marketing and the rest of the company,

Be tech-savvy and confident in navigating digital platforms and workflows,
-
Be fluent in English (Danish is a plus, but not required),
-
Feel confident managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Practicalities and culture

You should be able to work approximately 10-15 hours per week. Of course, this doesn’t apply in exam periods.
