Leadways acquires Dimension Design from Cadesign form
Leadways acquires Dimension Design from Cadesign form A/S and establishes the industry's strongest digital one-stop provider for the real estate market under the Digital Estates brand.
Leadways acquired Dimension Design ApS from Cadesign form A/S on 18 May 2026. The two companies continue as separate legal entities under shared ownership and management and operate from the same date under the Digital Estates brand – a strategic consolidation that responds to the real estate industry's growing demand for digital specialization and integrated execution across sales, marketing, and customer data.
Negotiations began in late 2025 and have been conducted in close and constructive dialogue between the parties. With the acquisition, Digital Estates is established as a unified business area focused on digital solutions for the real estate industry, while Cadesign form strengthens its strategic focus on its international core business within CGI, AI-driven visualization, and digital sales tools.
Digital Estates brings together 20 specialists in Copenhagen and Aalborg and has delivered digital solutions for more than 350 real estate projects in Denmark, Spain, and Iceland – one of the broadest reference portfolios in the industry.
The company unites three core services in a single integrated offering: an advanced sales and rental platform, dedicated digital marketing, and a proprietary, AI-driven CRM system built specifically for the real estate sector.
The client portfolio includes some of the most prominent names in Danish real estate development – PensionDanmark, By & Havn, Danica Ejendomme, NPV, and AP Pension.
Most recently, Digital Estates was selected as digital one-stop provider for Fælledby – one of the Greater Copenhagen area's largest ongoing residential developments.
The partner group consists of Mads Jensen (Co-CEO), Troels Burmølle (Co-CEO), Uffe Bengaard, former CEO of Dimension Design (Director of Business Development), and Kasper Kabbeltved Pedersen (Director of Marketing).
Overall leadership is held by the company's two Co-CEOs.
"The digital customer journey in the real estate industry is entering a new phase, where data, automation, and AI become decisive for how quickly and how efficiently a project reaches the finish line. That's where the future lies – and that's what we are now building on at an accelerated pace," says Mads Jensen, Co-CEO, Digital Estates.
For the seller, the transaction is also seen as a natural step for both parties.
"Dimension Design has developed strongly over the years, and we see that the company now has the best opportunities for further growth in a dedicated setup fully focused on the real estate industry. At the same time, the transaction strengthens Cadesign form's strategic focus on our international visualization and AI business," says Michael Dahl, CEO, Cadesign form.
The parties expect to continue their collaboration as independent specialists within each core area. For existing clients and partners, all current agreements continue unchanged.
